Shipping Policy
DISPATCH: In the majority of cases books will be despatched from our office within 3 working days following the receipt of your order, although during the busy Christmas period delivery may be affected by the postal service. It is always best to order early if possible. Materials are dispatched using Second Class post within the UK. To overseas destinations we dispatch via Royal Mail.
REFUNDS & RETURNS: If you are unhappy with your order, for any reason, simply call +44 (0)15395 64149 and let us know.
POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES: Postage and Packing charges will be calculated automatically during the checkout process. They are based upon the country to which the products are to be shipped, and there are 2 different groupings to mirror the different levels of mailing charges:
UK charges are based on order value shown in the table below. Order value is calculated before the Post and Packing costs are added.
